Although I am a licensed mental health and addictions professional, I am an advocate at heart. Someone who comes alongside during the difficult periods we all face in life – grief, loss, the end of a relationship, adjusting to a family changes, or the beginning of something new like college or a job – things we want can be stressful too…
It takes courage to face our personal concerns and challenges – finding a safe, accepting therapeutic environment is an important step in the healing process.
I have been licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board since 2003. For the past 15-years, I have worked as a clinician in community mental health settings, held both supervision and leadership positions, and presented at conferences. I opened my private practice in 2012. I have experience with a range of concerns from depression and anxiety, to grief and loss, to addictions, and relationship struggles. I am passionate about my work and strive to add value to peoples’ lives.
