This book has been helpful for many people… A funny, uplifting, moving account of one man’s journey (Dan Harris) from debilitating panic attacks amidst the chaos of addiction to a place of health, balance, and healing.

A great book about trauma and how traumatic stress affects our brain, body, and relationships. Dr. Bessel van der Kolk is a trauma expert who has spent three decades working with and studying trauma. Highly recommended!
Bearing the Unbearable is a heartfelt compassionate book written by Dr. Joanne Cassiatore – a counselor, a bereavement educator and a mother who has personally experienced the death of a child.
